Partner Program Terms
These are the rules of the Excel Dictionary Partner Program. By signing up and promoting our products, you agree to them.

The essentials

Enrollment
Anyone can sign up as a partner. We may remove any partner from the program at any time, for any reason. If your account is closed, commissions already earned and not cancelled will still be paid on the normal schedule.

Commission
Partners earn 50% of the purchase price on all Excel Dictionary products, calculated on the amount the customer actually paid. If a customer uses a discount or coupon code, commission is calculated on the discounted price.

Attribution
Referrals are tracked by cookie with a 60-day conversion window. The window restarts each time the customer clicks your link. Where two partners have referred the same customer, the most recent click before purchase receives credit. We can't credit sales where the customer's browser blocks cookies, where the link was modified, or where the purchase was made through a channel we can't track.

Payment
Commissions enter a pending period of 45 days from the purchase date, which covers our 30-day money-back guarantee. After that they become due and are paid on the next weekly payout, every Monday, via PayPal. There is no minimum balance.
All commissions are calculated and paid in US dollars. If your PayPal account is held in another currency, PayPal will convert at its own rate and may charge a conversion or receiving fee. Those costs are yours.
You must keep a valid PayPal email address on your partner profile β we cannot issue a payout without one. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your commissions. We may require a W-9 or W-8BEN where legally necessary.

- βUsing the swipe copy and graphics in your partner dashboard

Prohibited
- ✗Bidding on “Excel Dictionary,” misspellings of it, or our product names in paid search, or using them in ad display URLs
- ✗Unsolicited email, SMS, or messages, or anything that would violate CAN-SPAM or similar law
- ✗Listing us on coupon, deal, discount, or cashback sites, or publishing discount codes we haven't issued you
- ✗Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, or extensions that set a tracking cookie without a deliberate click
- ✗Representing yourself as Excel Dictionary, or registering domains or social accounts containing our name
- ✗Making earnings or income claims on our behalf, or guaranteeing any result from our products
- ✗Promoting alongside adult, hateful, illegal, or otherwise brand-damaging content

The fine print

Refunds and chargebacks
If a referred purchase is refunded or charged back, the related commission is cancelled and will not be paid. If it has already been paid, it may be deducted from your next payout.

Self-referrals
You may not earn commission on your own purchases, or on purchases made by people in your household or business on your behalf. Commissions from self-referrals will be cancelled.

Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you place a link, in line with FTC guidance. A short statement such as “Affiliate link β I earn a commission at no extra cost to you” placed near the link satisfies this.

Use of our materials
You may use the logos, images, and copy we provide in your dashboard to promote Excel Dictionary products, unmodified except for resizing. You may not alter our logo, use our assets for anything other than promoting our products, or claim ownership of them. This permission ends when your participation ends.
Course content itself β videos, workbooks, guides, and templates β may not be redistributed, excerpted at length, or republished.

Changes to the program
We may update these terms, commission rates, and the conversion window. We'll notify active partners by email before changes take effect. Sales referred before a change are honored at the previous rate. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept it.

Our relationship
This is an independent contractor relationship. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.
